• Use Interac® e-Transfer to send money to someone with an account at another Canadian financial institution

• Make a loan payment

• Use our Locator function to find the nearest branch or ABM



Location data



We use location data obtained from your mobile device to help you find a branch or an ABM using the App Locator.

We collect technical information about your device, such as the model and operating system, as part of our security measures to better protect you from unauthorized transactions.



Installation terms and conditions



By pressing Install, you agree to the installation of the National Bank Mobile Banking Solutions on your device, as well as any automatic updates or upgrades including, but not limited to, updates designed to correct a failure, protect the security of our network, enhance performance or user experience, or add functionalities.
