The iQ.Suite App forms part of the iQ.Suite email management solution developed by GROUP Business Software. The app provides mobile access to one of the key iQ.Suite functions: the quarantine. You can use the app to manage potential spam or other blocked emails, including:



Fast and easy access to iQ.Suite quarantines

Move emails from the quarantine to your inbox

Manage blacklists and whitelists

Filter by quarantine or date

Search by subject, sender, date



Please note: The app accesses a demo environment by default. Please contact the appropriate IT specialist at your company to access your own quarantine and obtain information on your individual configuration. This configuration can then be stored in the app “system” menu. If you have any support questions, your first step should be to contact your own IT department.



The productive use of the iQ.Suite App requires a valid corporate license for mobile and web-based access to your iQ.Suite with a current maintenance agreement (version 17 or above for IBM Domino or version 13 for Microsoft Exchange/SMTP). If you do not have a license yet, please contact us at sales@de.gbs.com.



The iQ.Suite App is optimised for use on iPhones and iPads that run iOS version 7 and above.
