The solution provides a secure container for corporate information, keeping it secure with FIPS-140 compliant AES 256-bit encryption. TITUS Classification for Mobile (Docs) allows administrators to leverage the document’s classification and file type to control a user’s ability to print, email, copy, open, or upload documents.
TITUS Classification for Mobile (Docs) is the complementary solution to TITUS Classification for Mobile (Mail).
SUPPORTS DOCUMENT CLASSIFICATION

SECURE ACCESS TO CONTENT REPOSITORIES
- Access and open files directly from Microsoft SharePoint (limit of 10)
- Access and open files directly from Dropbox without the Dropbox app
- Automatically and transparently encrypt files uploaded to Dropbox*
SECURE CONTAINER FOR FILES
- Documents and files are encrypted using AES 265-bit encryption
- Can be set as the only app for opening email attachments, and accessing SharePoint or Dropbox files
- Expire documents after a set period of time*
- Ability to control a user’s ability to: print, copy, open, email, and upload documents*
SUPPORTS MICROSOFT RMS
- Allows users to open Microsoft Rights Management Services protected Microsoft Office documents, or PFiles on the mobile device (limit of 10)
- Allows users to protect files on the mobile device (Pfile)
- Allows users to open and view RMS protected emails received via Apple Mail (limit of 10)
- Supports both ADRMS and Azure RMS
