TrustCare Pharmacy’s Pharmacy Call Me! App is a first response communication tool and allows users, who are intended to be care communities (long term care homes, retirement homes, group homes, etc.) nurses, PSWs and other staff communicate quick and easy with pharmacy.



With one step, one press of an icon button, the APP allows users to:

-Notify Pharmacy that a new prescription has been sent,

-Connects the home’s staff with pharmacy in real-time,

-Ask the Pharmacy to call the staff person ASAP,

-Ask the Pharmacy to call the staff person at a designated time, and;

-Allows the home’s staff to send a message (SMS or email) to the pharmacy’s emergency line.
