Heather Kocsis earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with Honours from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada with a specialization in printmaking. Kocsis was Artist-in-Residence at KOR Gallery, Kitchener, Ontario in the late 90s, where she developed her current process of art making. Using various types of wood, Kocsis creates three dimensional assemblages depicting architectural elements.
