According to the Department of Public Health you were allow to grow up to 6 mature marihuana plants.



On Nov 7 1996 Sky a young cool hippie at the time had a vision that transformed his parent’s basement into a weed dispensary. His exact words were “Dude, I have a vision!”

What happened next is history, but you can travel back in time, trace his footsteps, meet some of his friends and customers, and perhaps relive some of his memories.
