- What is the purpose of the app?

The purpose of the app is to get data from a car dealership backend systems and display on the mobile device. It helps car dealership to mobilize their existing workflows done by desktop systems.



- Who is the target audience?

Employees and customers of car dealerships



- Who can obtain login credentials and how can they do so?

Owners of car dealerships can install our software on their premises . The IT administrator from car dealership creates user credentials for people using the web portal. It has to be tied with their existing credentials. Customers already have their credentials stored in the existing system and a new email will be send to the customers with an on-boarding message. Our product sits on top of their existing infrastructure.



- Is this an existing service? If yes, where is it available?

This is a new service that we are introducing to the market .It is currently available on pilot basis at two dealerships.



- How does the user/company pay for the service?

The company buys the enterprise application package from TagRail . The package consists of our enterprise server hosted on the premise that connects to their existing infrastructure. The data will be pushed to our cloud infrastructure. The company pays for enabling their existing infrastructure into mobile devices.



- Is it subscription-based or one time fee for the service?

It is subscription based service(Monthly or annual)



- What is the cost, what does it pay for, and what are the payment options?

The cost is for the enterprise package consisting of enterprise portal , server , applications . It is a capital purchase with licenses and vary depending on the kind of usage model at dealerships.



- Does the user/company pay per device or user?

The company does not pay per device or user . It is licensing of the application server and solutions.



- Is there additional charge (other than the price of the app) for mobile access?

The price of the app is included in the enterprise package . No extra fee is charged.



- Is there a paid upgrade option outside of the app?

No



- What features utilize file-sharing within your app?

We are using photo sharing of pictures taken within the app.
