The Event Production Show app consists of two complementary apps; a mobile app and a web app. The mobile app can be used on your device and the web app is embedded on the Event Production Show website at http://ift.tt/1frI20N.



This dual app system means you can plan your visit to the show at home using the web app, and then use the mobile app at the event to continue planning the exhibitor stands and sessions you wish to attend as well as checking them off as you visit them.

Key features include:



•3D Floorplan: You can browse the show's exhibitors and navigate the layout using the app's interactive 3D floorplan.

•Exhibitor search: You can search for the exhibitors you are interested in, either by name or by category.

•Exhibitor profiles: You can also view an exhibitor's profile within the 3D map, from which you can request contact, visit the company's website or add them into your personal plan.

•Personal plan for exhibitors: By saving exhibitors of interest into your personal plan, you can have a reminder of who you wish to visit while at the show. You can also save the plan as a pdf and email it to yourself or your contacts.

•Social sign-in: The EPS mobile app allows you to log in using your Facebook or LinkedIn details.

•Show information: Once logged in, you can check out useful information about the show, including details of how to get there.

•QR Check-in: If you want to check any exhibitors you visit off your personal plan, you can do this using the QR check-in function.

•QR Hunt: QR Hunt is a game a bit like a scavenger hunt, which gets you visiting various areas of the show floor while having fun and competing to win an iPad mini.

•Session diary: You can see a schedule of which sessions / talks are taking place and when.

•Personal plan for sessions / speakers: If you find any sessions you are interested in attending, you can add them into your personal plan.

•Push notifications: Push notifications remind you of the sessions in your personal plan so you don't forget to attend them. The organizer can also use the notifications to send information and reminders to visitors.
